If you’re new to editing, Photoshop CS could be a good starting point. You can download actions and learn what looks good that way, just by pressing the play button and transforming your images. You can also download PSDs with layers of coloring and learn from them.
If that’s too expensive for you though you can download this free app (not a sponsor) called VSCO. They have photo filters that do the same thing instantly, sort of like Instagram but they keep the photo quality’s integrity in tact. (Not sure if it still makes photos look grainy/blurry or weird but Instagram used to back when I added Insta filters to photos – not cute.) You can also buy more filters through that app. I used it for a minute but for me editing is easier on my computer. :)
